We currently accept online payments only. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and typically delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 4,000. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
Customers can request a return within 24 hours of delivery by providing a valid unboxing video and proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the same bank account used for payment within 3–5 working days after inspection.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at areejbrands@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
